Meet Jason Tell: A Hospitality Visionary with Over 20 Years of Excellence
With a career spanning more than two decades in the food and beverage industry, Jason Tell is a master of creating unforgettable dining experiences. From managing restaurants to launching innovative dining concepts, Jason has done it all—owning, operating, and consulting for multiple successful ventures that put hospitality and great food at the forefront.
Jason’s expertise shines in transforming ideas into thriving establishments. Whether curating small plates at a wine bar in Philadelphia’s chic Rittenhouse Square, crafting alfresco dining experiences at Lucy’s Beach Grille, or providing strategic consulting through Industry Standard RX, he knows how to pair operational excellence with culinary innovation.
As the founder of Industry Standard Events, Jason has also elevated corporate events, weddings, and private parties with exceptional catering and service staffing. His knack for menu development, staff training, and customer experience excellence has earned him a stellar reputation across the industry.
Backed by a degree in Culinary Arts from the Restaurant School of Walnut Hill, Jason combines formal training with hands-on expertise to lead with passion, creativity, and a commitment to hospitality that leaves guests raving.

Giulietta Consalvo is the Chief Operating Officer of Byrd Cage AC, bringing over 30 years of experience as a hospitality professional in New York City and Atlantic City. She has held key leadership roles, including General Manager and Director of Operations, and is known for her unique style of leadership, deep community engagement, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Giulietta, Jason, and Richie joined forces for ByrdcageAC —a dynamic team driven by a shared passion for hospitality, creativity, and community service. Together, they have redefined excellence in the industry, combining their talents to create unforgettable experiences while making a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.
An Atlantic City native with deep family roots in the community, Giulietta has devoted herself to numerous public interests and charitable organizations. She has appeared in several musicals, casino revue shows, tours, and radio voiceovers. A proud alumna of Holy Spirit High School and a graduate of Temple University, she also serves as a Board Member of MBCA, The Columbus Day Committee, and a proud member of Actors Equity Association, the Broadway Union.
Beyond her contributions to the hospitality industry, Giulietta is the co-author and lyricist of the original musical 'Voices'. She calls Margate City home with her partner Rachel and is a successfull, licensed Realtor with Marketplace Realty in Margate City.
